Stay Hungry relates to Maslow's (American psychologist) Hierarchy of Needs and the needs of human beings. His theory is based on five basic motivational principles that I share with you here: 1. Physiological needs: Basic biological needs such as food, water, shelter, warmth, and sleep. 2. Safety needs: The need for security, stability, and protection from danger or harm. 3. Love and belonging needs: The need for love, affection, belongingness, and social interaction. 4. Esteem needs: The need for self-esteem, recognition, and respect from others. 5. Self-actualization needs: The need for personal growth, fulfillment, and realizing one's potential. Those needs are what motivate us, and how we go about fulfilling those needs drives us to get off the porch and do something about them. Stay Hungry takes you through the steps and challenges that you will face as you strive to reach your goals and realize self-actualization. Then, once there, how do you go about bulletproofing your success to stay there? I am reminded of a famous quote by Mark Twain (American writer, humorist, and essayist). "The secret to getting ahead is getting started." Stay Hungry is that start for you, so what are you waiting for
