Item Specifics: - The entire bezel and coin are both solid .925 sterling silver. - The coin inside this bezel is a reproduction of an actual shipwreck coin equivalent to "2 Reale". Coins like this were rescued in the famous Atocha shipwreck recovery by Mel Fisher and were the target of pirates during colonial times. - I'm particularly a fan of this coin's markings. The faded markings present a more honest representation of the way coins were die struck in the past. While most replicas showcase the more perfect coins, coins like this were far more common with their faded markings and odd shapes that were the result of being hand stuck. - 1.4" in Height (including bail) - 1" in Length - Bail fits up to a 6mm chain - This pendant comes with a free leather cord and comes packaged in a velvet gift box at no extra charge. - All of my pieces are made to order and are inspected thoroughly for quality.
