The access right mechanism can be extend to the enterprise s management mechanism and long-time institutional arrangements mechanism through firm boundary definition mechanism, and the author also made a initiative formalization to the access right mechanism. Using CRT, this book built three modules which are composed of : entrepreneurs create firms, the core human capital enter enterprises, and the physical capital enter enterprises, and which are summarized general modules of HCIF governance, that is : the entrepreneurs coordinate the enterprises core resource holders afterwards by controlling the access right of the enterprises prior core resources, to prevent enterprises from standstill and bankruptcy caused by the conflict between the above stated core resource holders, to protect the integrity of the enterprises.
