Stumpy is real and lives on a golf course in sunny Naples, Florida. Watching him swim, his missing leg doesn’t seem to slow him down. His fictional story starts when Stumpy meets Stanley a distraught spoonbill whose nest and mate are being terrorized by raccoons. Stanley’s good heart provides the courage to reach out to an enemy, make peace and show how cooperation can be mutually fruitful. Stanley discovers that no matter your impairment, you can always be useful and successful.
