At first glance, the village of Sugar Creek, Ohio is little more than a "wide-spot-in-the-road," no different from any number of small towns dotting the Midwest. Yet the land on which it sits contains a dark history far older than the village itself, filled with slaughter and bloodshed, that has nurtured a monstrous horror beneath its placid surface. As the town prepares celebrations for its 200th anniversary, this horror threatens to burst forth into the light of day. Travis Horseman was born in Springfield, Ohio. At the age of six, he discovered three loves of his life: comic books, theater and classical history. These have shaped his life ever since, eventually inspiring his first foray into comic writing with his graphic novel series Amiculus: A Secret History. He lives in Columbus, Ohio. Will Graver is an award-winning filmmaker and multimedia designer with over 15 years of professional experience. His work has been featured by the band Ra Ra Riot, aired nationally on PBS, and has been viewed at numerous film festivals across the globe. He lives in Dayton, OH. Brent Bowman has been drawing since he was old enough to pick up a pencil. His work has appeared in publications by Image Comics, Caliber Press and NBM Publishing. Brent has been nominated for the prestigious YALSA Great Graphic Novels for Teens Award and the ALA Amanda Bloomer Award. He lives in Columbus Ohio with his wife and two boys.
