You and your family will finally enjoy all the foods you love without refined sugars! My favorite part of this cookbook are the BEAUTIFUL pictures for EVERY recipe! So far the foods I've tried both from her Blog and this cookbook are A+ recipes! My husband and children approve! She offers so many options beyond standard meals (i.e. breakfast). She also teaches you how to make Sugar free sauces and syrups! The only reason for a 4 star rating vs. a 5 star rating is because she only uses liquid stevia sweeteners with no powdered conversion chart. I had to go out and buy the liquid stevia vs. using my current cabinet of stevia or Swerve. Also, she refers to Gluten Free Flour, but doesn't specify which type (almond flour, coconut flour, or gluten free all purpose flour). Overall, I give this cookbook a HIGHLY RECOMMEND rating. --Amazon - Love2Read Hands down the best cookbook I've ever purchased. I have made the chickpeas, ranch, ketchup, brownies, and frosting and you would never know that they don't have sugar. She has perfected the art of working with Stevia and most of her recipes are gluten free as well. I have been a Hidden Valley ranch girl for decades, not anymore! I usually do my own thing, and in the past, when I tried to look up different recipes, I don't usually follow the recipe. As a Registered Nurse and a Certified Health Coach, I am very health conscious, and truly believe healthy eating is a major part of our health. With that said, I purchased this book, and I love it!! It gives a healthier alternative to cooking , it's educational, and every page/recipe begins with an informative introduction. It is so easy to follow, each recipe is labeled whether it is Low-Carb, Natural-Sugar, Sugar-free, or Dairy-Free. I love the Nutritional Information for each recipe, the pictures are great, and I have been recommending this book to my colleagues and patients / clients. It's apparent that Brenda Bennett put a lot of work into this Cookbook. It's more than just a Sugar-Free cookbook......... I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a well-rounded healthy Cookbook..... everything in one book..... it contains breakfast foods, main dishes, salads, side dishes, bite foods, condiments, beverages, and of course sweet treats (my favorites:) Enoy!! --Amazon - Creola
