Sundaes & Sundays is a collection of twelve life stories of older adults residing in a Massachusetts senior living community, captured by college students a part of the non-profit organization, The Legacy Project, Inc. As college students navigating the tumultuous and anticipatory reality of being teenagers and twenty-somethings constantly on the edge of something new––a new semester, new job, new lifestyle, new relationship––we became nourished and informed by the experiences of our older adult friends. Countless stories––of when love works and when it doesn’t, of academic feats and career changes, of creative expression and travel––pepper our minds and our hearts, all contained within the accounts of Sundaes & Sundays . While also preserving the stories of these incredible individuals , Sundaes & Sundays seeks to encourage audiences to listen to and remember the stories of their own loved ones, ensuring that their experiences are treasured for years to come.
