This book is a collection of cartoons published in the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's cadet monthly magazine, the HOWLING GALE, during the years the author and illustrator attended, from June 1971 to June 1975. It contains commentary on the author's artwork as well as other drawings and artwork he completed during the time.
