Reviews Set in 1980, a college is plagued by a gruesome murderer that targets young women. The story unfolds through the perspective of Lizzie Brown, a bright and resourceful college student with a passion for psychology, who finds herself inadvertently drawn into the investigation by Miles Bowman, a policeman, who uses Lizzie to investigate the crime, placing her and her friend in danger. A gripping, fast-paced, page-turner! Holland sprinkled clues like confetti but kept me guessing all the way through. Love a good murder mystery-type book, this was really well written. The story was well thought out and I was invested. I live in Perth, so the fact it is set here was a plus. Would recommend, 10/10. A good read with plenty of twists. The young student Lizzie tries to help her policeman boyfriend find the killer. I thought I’d worked out who the killer was early on in the book, but was wrong and was captivated till the end. Can recommend.
