Are you one of the millions of people who associate letters and numbers with colors? Maybe you have a friend or a child who has told you that A is red, or B is blue? This is a form of Synesthesia called Grapheme-Color Synesthesia, and if you have it, this Synesthesia Journal is the perfect way to discover, track and share your colors. Every synesthete’s color alphabet is unique , so I made this simple Synesthesia workbook with the hope that it will inspire you to create your own color alphabet. Get the colors out of your head and onto paper and physically in front of you. You will find it wonderfully satisfying. Even if you’re not sure if you have Synesthesia, this is a great exercise for kids and families. You may even discover that you or someone you know is a synesthete and never knew it! How to use this book This journal is meant for you to record your specific colors for letters and numbers. If you have grapheme-color synesthesia, this should be easy and fun! On each page, you’ll see a letter or number and a choice of colors. For each one, circle or draw an arrow to the color that matches. You can even color in the large letter on each page, or color around it. Whatever works for you! Good luck and have fun!
