The SIM Card only works in unlocked GSM Phones. The mobile number cannot be ported out (cannot be transferred to another carrier).This SIM Card is for use in the USA only. 2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation.
3. Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in your destination.
Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive at your destination.
BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on.
If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to:
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
If issues persist, please contact us. Refer to the instructions letter enclosed in the package for support contact information.
