As NASA's Artemis mission approaches a lunar landing, interest among space experts is at an all-time high. NASA has praised the Space Launch System (SLS) as the most powerful rocket ever created. On Wednesday, the 98-meter rocket arrived at the NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida. To travel the six and a half kilometers to the launch pad, the rocket took more than ten hours. NASA will refer to the first SLS rocket launch as Artemis 1. The spacecraft won't have any crew members aboard for its first trip. The SLS will carry NASA's Orion spacecraft into orbit around the moon as part of a test mission. According to Artemis, American astronauts won't get to the moon until 2025 at the earliest. The first manned lunar landing since NASA's Apollo 17 mission in 1972, would take place. Kimberly J. Carter, a passionate rocket enthusiast who has spent decades researching rockets and other fascinating scientific objects, takes you on a tour and analysis of the Artemis rocket while educating every astronomer, astrophysicist, stargazer, constellation enthusiast, and rocket enthusiast about the discovery and addressing the pressing question of how this will alter how we view the universe in the future.
