It was written with a special purpose in mind. Because Britan'yah was also a foreign land, it was necessary to reassure the king, Arvirāgus, as well as the common people that all of them had come in peace, not with any intent of intruding within their own affairs, nor were they going to attempt to try to change any of their own customs, other than to introduce the Greater Light, and this is how The Book Of wisdom came to be ; as it well de-scribes, the true character of this new people ; while it then became A 'Common Letter', to give reassurance to the people of that land, while at the same time, it became the edification for all of the christian community as a whole. As well on this island, were a people called the Druids, and these were the direct descendants of The LOST Ten Tribes of Israel ; who escaped from the Assyrian captivity, in the east.
