The KLIMA Experiment tells the story of a clandestine effort by scientists, government bureaucrats and a cabal within the U.S. Air Force to create extreme weather events. These severe weather anomalies could target international rivals creating destruction and famine, yet be untraceable as to the source. Dr. Lawrence Simms, PhD is in a coma. Doctors believe he as been poisoned. His research assistant,a retired Air Force general is mysteriously killed by a hit and run driver shortly after Dr. Simms was stricken. Dr. Simms had been involved in a research effort that confirmed that heating small areas of the Pacific Ocean can create changes in the jet stream, possibly altering weather events in it's path.
