NOTE:
Due to the material properties of aluminum alloy, friction during drilling will produce high-temperature aluminum chips that adhere to the tool surface. Sticking to the tool will reduce the smoothness of the drill bit and cause the drill bit to not be in the most efficient working state.Follow these tips to reduce this.

1. Use high-speed mode on the electric drill, feed lightly, and lift the drill bit back and forth several times to help smooth chip removal.
2. Hold the drill steady when drilling and keep the drill bit feeding vertically.
3. In heavy-duty work scenarios, recommended to use lubricating oil.
