After losing their parents, Cliff and his sister, Becky find themselves in an orphanage, a place filled with uncertainty. When the orphanage is set to be sold, the children fear for their next life-changing move, until a walk in the woods leads them to Mr. Frank, a kind man with a tree house and a campfire full of stories and warmth. As Halloween nears, campfires, costumes, and new friendships bring light to their days. Cliff befriends another boy who shares his loss, and together they discover strength in one another. With Mr. Frank’s help, the orphanage is saved, and the children learn that family isn’t always found, it’s made. Tree House Orphans is a touching story of courage, friendship, and finding a place to call home.
