Easy Ballast Bypass:

1. Shut off power and remove existing tubes, then disconnect all of the wiring from both sides of the ballast and remove the ballast.

2. Connect the Live wire and Neutral wire from the power source to the corresponding socket (Live wire connect to one side, the N eutral wire connect to the other side).

3. Install this T8 4ft LED tube lights onto the bracket.
