This is the Vegan version of our Prik King Curry Paste, made without the minced dried shrimp but still packed with flavor!
Direction: Stir-fry 1 heaping tsp of THAI & TRUE Prik King Curry Paste in medium heated oil. Add tofu, tempeh, or soy curls until the desired texture is reached. Add veggies of choice, then continue to lightly saute with tamari or soy sauce to taste. Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients: red curry paste (dried red chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, salt, galanga, kaffir lime zest, spices [coriander, cumin]), organic cane sugar, safflower oil, lemon juice, paprika.
Contains: coriander seed and cumin powder.
