A countess in hiding. An artist in ruin. A love that shouldn't work... but just might. A COUNTESS WHO’S LOST EVERYTHING Regina Townsend’s life has been marked by heartbreak and betrayal. Widowed and desperate to protect her young daughter and unborn child from her ruthless brother-in-law, she escapes to a crumbling cottage on England’s windswept coast. Determined to remain hidden, she has no room in her plans—or her heart—for a man. Especially not one as charming as the stranger who lands among her cabbages. AN ARTIST HAUNTED BY HIS PAST Once celebrated, Alexandre Marchand’s life has unraveled. Haunted by nightmares and unable to remember what led to his downfall, he’s driven to the brink as forgeries of his paintings begin to circulate. Low on funds and hope, Alex is on the hunt for a wealthy heiress. Instead, he finds a penniless widow with a quick wit, a fierce heart, and no patience for his practiced charm. A LOVE WORTH RISKING EVERYTHING FOR As Alex’s past closes in and Regina’s plan for independence falters, they must decide how much they’re willing to risk. Can Regina trust a man with so many secrets? And can Alex prove he’s worthy of the love he never knew he needed? The Artist’s Redemption is a light-hearted tale of hidden identities, second chances and unexpected love. Each book in the Something Wonderful series stands alone, but most readers prefer to enjoy the series in order. "This is quickly becoming one of my favorite regency series!" - Book Sirens "The characters are original and intriguing, while the plot is involving. I was pulled into the story on the first page and couldn't put it down until I hit the last word." - Goodreads "I cannot recommend a book more heartily. Do read it." - Book Sirens Thanks for checking out  The Artist's Redemption ! This is a sweet Regency tale about trust and forgiveness and small acts of love.   Alexandre is the kind of guy who grows faint at the sight of blood and doesn't ask for directions when he gets lost. But my heart absolutely MELTS over his relationship with Regina and 4-year-old Tilda, and I hope yours will too!   If you love slow-burn romance and found-family tales, I think you'll enjoy Alex and Regina's story. Here are a few quotes from the book:   In his letter, he'd written three different words.  You're not alone . They swirled inside her head, solid and deep and resonant in a way that ethereal I love you could never be. - It felt  odd  to have Regina laundering his clothes. "Oh. If you'd rather clean them yourself..." No, that didn't sound right, either. - He'd almost redoubled his efforts to charm her. Prepared a wink and a smile and a glib response but stopped. Every time he tried to charm her, she stiffened, so he'd given her the truth instead.  I've nowhere else to be.  Surprisingly, it had worked.   The Artist's Redemption  is Book 2 in the Something Wonderful series. While it's a standalone story with its own happy ending, most readers prefer to read the series in order. K.
