I'm sure you're wondering what’s meant by the blessed life is the best life. Most people equate living your best life with having an exorbitant amount of material possessions, which is the furthest thing from the truth. Although, material possessions are not bad because they have the potential to solve some problems, but not all problems. For instance, material blessings can solve that intense desire you have for that cute handbag hanging in the window of your favorite department store, or those cute shoes you have been admiring for quite some time. Money can quickly solve these types of problems!!! If you consider that a problem. Although material possessions are great to have, they have no value if the doctor has just given us a bad doctor's report. Although material possessions are great to have, they have no value if our marriage is on the rocks, or our child is bound by an addictive habit, or a relationship that we consider valuable needs to be restored. In these instances, material possessions are of little value, if it can’t bring us any long-term peace or lasting joy. So, the blessed life that I am talking about in this book has very little to do with the external, but a whole lot to do with the internal. Internal blessings have a way of making external blessings more enjoyable. So, let's get to the business of healing the internal, so that we can enjoy the external. The blessed life really is the best life!!!!!!
