The author, Sayyid al-Mirza Ali, mentioned it in his Wajizah under the title "The Least Required for the Mukallaf (legally responsible person) in Various Times." It is stated therein: « Some of the Imams have commanded not to transcribe a few sentences that elaborate on what is obligatory for the mukallaf in different times and have sufficed with the sayings of the infallibles... » He also named it the Wajizah of Sayyid al-Mirza Muhammad Taqi. In his Durri‘ah, he explained and clarified further. It is said that the first part of it was taken from the first half of the verse: « The evidence is clear for those who seek it, but the hearts are blinded by passion. » It appears that it is combined with what al-Tuhrani mentioned in his Durri‘ah, titled "The Fundamentals of Religion." He stated that the period of his writing was incorrectly mentioned, stating: « It clarifies the fundamentals of religion based on what has been reported by the shariah about the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), without exceeding the limits of the reports in every chapter. » He wrote it in the year 1227 AH.
