Vesna Lukovic worked in the UK and the European Union and was a macroeconomist in the USAID project in Kosovo. She was an Advisor to the Government at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Relations and Development of Slovenia and worked at the Bank of Slovenia as well. She holds a PhD in EU Law from the European Faculty of Law in Slovenia and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Columbia University in New York City, USA. She also holds a MSc. in Computing and Information Technologies from Bedfordshire University in the UK.
