Though most of the passengers on the flight were killed in the ensuing fire, 9 passengers survived and went on to recount their tales of the ill-fated flight on television and in the courts system to address their subsequent hospital care. This book covers the experience of Richard during that ordeal and some of his recollections before and after from his interactions with first responders, hospital staff and others peripheral to the wrongful death court cases.
