At the Last Supper on Mount Zion, King Jesus established the New Covenant. On the night before His death, the King instituted the Communion of the New Covenant. But He also established the New Commandment of the New Covenant. The New Commandment is not a commandment to love. It is a set of five commandments that the King issued that night from His throne on Mount Zion. There King Jesus issued these five commandments to establish the governance of the Kingdom of Heaven. These are the commandments of the New Covenant. I call these five commandment the Grace Commandments. We are not under the Ten Commandments of Moses and the Old Covenant. We are under the Grace Commandments of King Jesus Christ and the New Covenant. The five Grace Commandments will transform your life and compel you by His grace to love God and love others. Truly, we all must understand this manifesto of the King, both for this life and for the life to come in the Kingdom of Heaven. (A study in the Gospel of John 12-16).
