Dusty has written over two hundred articles on topics such as leadership, team-based creativity, personal mastery, team effectiveness, personal effectiveness and business strategy. Dusty is a fellow in the School of Engineering at Virginia Tech, and received his Masters in Clinical Social Work in Marital and Family Therapy and Systems Management from UNC Chapel Hill. He currently lives in Kernersville, NC with his wife Christine, a family physician. Dusty is the proud father of three young adults.
