The MONK’S RULE is a daily guide for building a meaningful life that blesses the people around you . There are ten Moves in the Rule which are, ordinarily, practised in order as one moves through the day: they are, Meditation, Orison, Necessity, Knowledge, Service, Rejoicing, Unofficial Chaplaincy, Leisure and Examination. Our Moves are divided into three clusters being Morning Preparation, Daily Vocation and Evening Recreation. Practice these, and your life will be lived on higher level!
