Pixie has dreamed of being a singer-songwriter, while her brother, Toby, has always wanted to be a music producer. They couldn't believe it when they received the letter of acceptance from the most highly honored school, Acoustic Music. Everything is right on track to start their careers until one night, shortly after their arrival, all of the instruments go missing. Some people suspect it could be the new arrivals, but some have other theories. Pixie decides to make it her mission to solve the mystery of ‘Who stole the instruments?’ She has some help along the way, but parts of this school and some of the students inside have a few more secrets than what meets the eye. Will Pixie be able to discover the truth, or will the culprit(s) be able to keep their musical mystery unknown? Solving this mystery supports the author in earning her Girl Scout Gold Award for increasing a love of literacy.
