Brooks is a young T-Rex dinosaur who has a problem. He just can't roar. He tries to fix it by himself, but grows more and more discouraged until he meets a special dinosaur teacher to help him overcome his speech differences. He ends up learning a lesson deeper than just how to correct his speech - he learns about resilience and overcoming obstacles.
