It is his birthday and he is a car Guru. He always likes to see who remembers him on his big day. When i say guru, you can point to an old car and he will tell you the manufacturer and year. He loved the large stretched out color photographs of the historical vehicles being worked on. He said it was the best birthday gift he received in 20 years. Goodreads: Filandra I'm a Greaser Chick who loved everything about the large size color paperback. The whole book was up my alley. Classics Muscle rides and Restoring. I keep it on my table for my people to enjoy it too over some beers. We did buy parts from Bruno when I was younger. I just remember a lot of junk yard dogs and piles and piles of cars as far as I could see. I Remembered that warehouse and some of the other photos in the book. We rolled into the long driveway in my dads pickup and it was like an amusement park to us. Going into the famous Brunos yard. We paid $2 each for admission and asked about the seats for 79 pontiac firebird. My dad already called so we knew they were there and we went to 3 different ones. The last 4th one was immaculate inside. My dad and uncle bought the front and back seats to his 79 firebird. We had to take them out ourselves after we paid for them. They were really in amazing shape and I would guess it was the mid 1990s. That firebird was 2 cars in from the driveway which was nice because we had to carefully carry them over just one vehicle. It is a fantastic review of a grandson growing up LITERALLY IN CLASSIC CARS. the aerial photographs of brunos auto yard is a real time stop.This book has great vibes. The stories of the grandson are priceless as a flashback to a better time.
