He has published in numerous academic journals, and authored books on business education, supervision, human resource management, and technology. Dr. Michael D. Santonino III received both his Doctor and Master of Business Administration from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. He also holds a B.S.E.E. from the New York Institute of Technology. Frank J. Villa Jr. is the former CEO of the Colorado and Wyoming Railroad in Pueblo Colorado. He has more than 30 years in executive management, corporate training, negotiations and arbitration.
