The Tedesco Story... Told Through Recipes One of the most memorable experiences of life at RD #1, Box 205, Dunbar, Pa., 15431 was taking in the wonderful aromas of freshly baked bread and Italian cuisine. The origins of Anna's amazing meals could be found all over Frank and Anna's property. No matter the day or season, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Tedesco home were celebrations of family. Sunday was extra special. Every Sunday, Anna would prepare an incredible meal - a feast in every sense of the word. It was common for Anna to prepare seven chickens, 80 meatballs, some kind of pasta, several loaves of bread and mouth watering pies, along with plenty of homemade wine. The children were seated in the kitchen, while the grown-ups sat in the dining room. Anna hardly sat down during meals. She was up and down, making sure the plates were filled. The more people would eat, the more she would pat them on the head and say, "God Bless." This book showcases some of the Tedesco recipes originating from Mama's recipes and the Tedesco farm. It's a true love story.. . Anna and Frank TEDESCO
