This work created in 1620 initially gives information about Hermes Trismegistus, before presenting detailed analyses of fourteen symbolic alchemical engravings created in 1614 for Basil Valentines' book Azoth. This is followed by a section on how to bring this doctrine of Hermes back to the light.
