This book is a collection of those words—messy and unfiltered, sometimes dark and heavy, other times searching and uncertain. They were once unspoken... until now. There are things we never say out loud—the thoughts we bury, the fears we silence, the pain we carry quietly, because we don’t believe anyone could understand. I wish I could say this poetry is light hearted—that it brings laughter and cheer, that it makes your heart dance with joy. But, that would not be the truth. This collection is a reflection of my life. My life has not been filled only with laughter and light, but also with despair, abandonment, and trauma. These are the words I had to leave behind. This is the story I was able to write— the story of my life.
