A collection of essays on topics concerning the Gnostic Catholic Church as reformed by Aleister Crowley and his successors: organization, doctrine, symbolism, and history. Also includes instruction in a modified form of Ignatian meditation for Thelemites. The ambition of these talks, papers, and prayers is to supply a hearty breakfast of Scientific Religion to those who have drunk and danced all night with Doubt, so that they may have the energy and endurance to do so again. This book gathers materials I have written as instruction for the laity of the Thelemic Gnostic Catholic Church over a period of more than twenty years. It is intended for intelligent and inquisitive aspirants to the distinctive Mysteries of Scientific Religion. Various portions have been previously published by chartered bodies of Ordo Templi Orientis, but this book is the first comprehensive edition of this work. I hope it will be of value not only to the church membership to whom it is addressed, but to a wider readership interested in Thelema, magick, and esoteric worship. M. Dionysius Rogers is a serpent-wise and dove-foolish scholar of religion, a Thelemic magician, and a performing liturgist. Since 2007 he has served as a bishop of the Gnostic Catholic Church under the name T Polyphilus.

How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
