Someone is making a game out of killing cops in the San Francisco bay area. With a city already out of control due to liberal politics, the citizens, including law enforcement, are on high alert knowing a serial killer is among them. When one of Loomis’s own FBI agents is killed, the FBI is requested to take over the investigation. As Jeannie and her team search for the bay area killer, she is requested by the San Jose Police Department who has their own cannibalistic killer on the loose.
