Thirty Days of Thought is a book that acts as a guide for someone to create their own ideas, thoughts and personal brand without being ironic. Every day, the reader picks a thought and reads it in the book. After that they write inside the book what they think. The purpose is not to memorize what the book says, but for the reader to think their own thoughts and write them inside the book. This will help the reader get clear on what they believe and who they are. After the reading and writing, the reader films a video on their thought. In the book, on the first page, it shows “how to” film a video for social media (the video can be as long as needed. Do not force it to be any specific length of time). I recommend the reader watches their own video of their thought so they can become more self-aware, this is a large part of the value of the book’s utility! The exercises of reading to think, writing to develop, listening to hear the unsaid and speaking to let go are what make the book unlike a traditional text. The reader is writing their own book within and through Thirty Days of Thought, so it is actually, “The Readers book” once it arrives in their hands. The challenge is to do it for thirty days straight at minimum, but there are enough excerpts (thoughts) to use the book for many months. We recommend one a day for the first thirty days then switch it up to twice a week and start filling the other days with one’s own thoughts. Build the conditioning to be honest with and about yourself every day on video and online so a “pull” is now emanating from your social media presence while you develop psychologically. This is a win-win in both personal and professional aspects because now the audience that is ideal for the reader will be pulled toward the reader turned writer and speaker! Authenticity is misunderstood, and awareness is what is important, the issue at hand is that someone who is not aware will not understand that until they can see themselves, and that is what this book does. Thirty Days of Thought forces people to look at themselves so they can overcome their pain, fear and stop lying to themselves. The majority of humans are not liars, they are honest liars; they lie to themselves, but they are honest in public. What this means is they lead lives of outward courage, but inward despair and happiness is a drug for them. Thirty Days of Thought is a medium or a tool for someone to become aware of their honest lies and overcome their pain so that their insecurity becomes their curiosity and the outcome is awareness and fulfillment. A result is a personality brand that is not contrived but honest and therefore the reader who did not understand authenticity prior to acting out the book is now being authentic through their newfound awareness thus avoiding the irony of being a “speaker.” The loudest clown in the room is the student teaching consciously while unconsciously seeking a teacher; the child outwardly admired but internally conflicted; the honest liar. For an individual’s business the result is well-formed relationships and a brand that reveals who they are that they were not aware. The result is an influential person, not an influencer. The latter had attention because they need it and the former has attention because it is needed by those who can hear their word. The difference is monumental, and the outcome is alignment, cultural alignment. The first step is to use the book as what it is —a tool! The means are where meaning is...the end is just the beginning. Enjoy the process. I will be watching! How to use the book- Read (agree, disagree, think a new thought.) Write (write your thoughts) Listen (read and think about your writing) Speak (film video) Watch video of yourself And do it to reflect and learn about yourself
