Sobriety is frequently delicate and unpredictable. Lochlann Carter thought he had his own demons under control until he witnessed the death of his young daughter during a home invasion. Unable to control his impulses, Lochlann plunges back into a world of alcohol and hard drugs. A chance encounter mixed with rage and substance abuse results in Lochlann facing a penitentiary stretch or the prospect of absolute redemption. Unfortunately, the latter is blocked by incredible judicial corruption. As Lochlann’s life and sanity wither away in what can only be described as hell on earth, he prays for a quick end or a miracle, one that only an unlikely hero can deliver.
