Celeste Morgan is a bartender in an upscale restaurant in Sonoma, California when one day a man makes her an offer. Keegan is the eldest son of hotel mogul James Williams. His father was recently diagnosed with stage III pancreatic cancer. Like those before him, the outlook is poor. Unlike those before him, James has a caveat to Keegan taking over the business in favor of his little brother Kelly. He must be married and must have plans of preparing the next generation to take over before James passes away. To Keegan, it’s an easy plan. Marry Celeste, and after James passes away, they are free to separate. Celeste is ready to agree when Keegan offers her stock in the company and a lavish home. She’ll never have to want for or worry about anything again. When James learns of their plot, will it be too late? Will their plan still land? Will it turn into something more? Wedding bells are never more ominous than when there’s an ax, home, and profit swinging over your head.
