The sentence: “As long as you have your health, your freedom and your happiness, you can be happy anywhere” sounds like coming home. During an intensive five-month hike across New Zealand, I often felt at the mercy of the Gods. Struggling with questions such as: 'Am I good enough? Where do imposed rules come from? Where are the boundaries of my sense of responsibility?' and 'What does fear do to you?' The synchronicity of my questions in the encounters with special fellow travelers surprised me again and again. The conversations provided answers and encouragement to change. Open and vulnerable, but determined not to run away from anything anymore, I set out and a door opened to unlimited possibilities in freedom and love. 'If you follow your heart, you sometimes step on someone else's heart.' When you read my story, it quickly becomes clear that my life will never be the same. Maybe my story can inspire you to follow your own path and find answers to your life questions.
