1. Compatibility & Vehicle Fitment FIT Jeep Wrangler, FIT Toyota Tacoma, FIT Ford F150, FIT Chevy Silverado, FIT RAM 1500, FIT ATV, FIT UTV. These Recovery Boards are designed for 4x4 off-road vehicles with tires up to 35 inches for optimal grip on the 42-inch track. 2. Material & Thermal Performance Manufactured from UV-stabilized PA66 (Polyamide 6). Physical properties tested to withstand temperature ranges from -40°C to 110°C (-40°F to 230°F). Material integrity remains consistent under high-torque wheel spin to prevent spike melting or brittleness in sub-zero environments. 3. Mechanical Traction & Load Specs Features 34 contrasting-color PA66 reinforced spikes per board for mechanical interlocking with tire treads. Load-tested to support 10 tons (22,000 lbs) on flat ground. Specifically engineered to resolve tire-spin symptoms in sand, mud, and snow by increasing the friction coefficient. 4. Geometric Design & Recovery Features Integrated 14-inch wide shovel edge for clearing debris. Molded center grid serves as a static jack base for standard hydraulic bottle jacks. Includes 8 pre-drilled M8 mounting holes for roof rack or MOLLE panel attachment. Nested height of pair is 3.3 inches for space-saving storage. 5. Operational Limits & Recovery Kit Package includes 1 pair of Traction Boards and 1 high-visibility recovery strap. Intended for recovery use only; not for bridging gaps or spanning trenches over 2 inches. Users must ensure tires are cleared of excess debris before placement to maximize PA66 spike engagement.
Technical Recovery Overview
This pair of PA66 recovery tracks provides a high-friction surface for tires in low-traction environments. Engineered with a versatile 3-in-1 design, these boards function as a clearance tool, a jack stabilizer, and a traction aid for off-road recovery scenarios.
| Technical Parameter | Specification |
| Material Composition | Reinforced PA66 Nylon |
| Load Capacity | Up to 10 Tons (Static) |
| Mounting Interface | 8 x M8 Bolt Holes |
| Temperature Rating | -40°C to 110°C |
Usage Instructions:
1. Clear debris using the shovel edge to create a ramp.
2. Wedge the boards firmly under the tires in the direction of travel.
3. Maintain slow, steady acceleration to allow the spikes to bite without spinning the tires.
Safety Note:
Tire spinning at high speeds may cause friction heat damage to the spikes. Always ensure the boards are placed on a relatively flat surface. Not for use as a bridge.
