As the Goblin War tears across the galaxy, Radek and his friends eagerly search for new allies. When they receive word that a dragon may have been found on the ocean homeworld of the merfolk, Radek, Brenna, and Ovian journey there to seek it out. There, they explore a wondrous new world that holds as much mystery beneath the waves as they ever encountered among the stars.
