The QCC1 / POL Install Propane Adapter allows you to use Type 1 tank connection on old tank valves with only inside left hand threads or 100# propane cylinders that only have inside threads. This can also be used as a replacement part for any type of Sturgi-Stay or Sturgi-Flow adapter fitting. Includes Outside ACME threads to allow connection with a Type 1 device and has internal threads to accept a POL device. Male Soft Nose POL X Male ACME Type 1 W/ Female POL Threads. Adapt your old style propane cylinder valve or a 100# propane cylinder to allow connection to a Male QCC Type 1 Thread with this handy adapter. Simple screw the POL fitting into the internal left hand thread on your female tank valve and screw the Type 1 cylinder connector to the Male ACME thread side of the adapter. Can also be used with the Sturgi-Stay line of products to allow Type 1 connection.
