Unto the Uttermost is a devotional study of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as it spread from a small sect of believers living in and near Jerusalem to Judea, Samaria, and then to northern Africa, Asia Minor, Greece, and Italy. The Holy Spirit's power and ministry is displayed in and through the lives of several apostles as they preached, taught, and argued before kings, governors, and religious leaders concerning the truths given to them by the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible text covers approximately 40 years after Christ' ascension into heaven. Unto the Uttermost addresses lessons we can learn and apply in this modern era, in our personal lives, and in the corporate church fellowships we attend, worship, and serve. Believers today are called to continue the work that those apostles did in their time.
