The center stem descends and then bursts into a magnificent polished casing highlighted by rims and canopies. As the casing ends in a flat base, it houses a submerged socket sleeve either subtly peeking out from the mouth of the clear glass globe or appearing suspended in midair. The glass is secured using knurled nuts, and the rest of the bulge shape is unaccented to focus attention on the pure illumination.
