Made in Modena, Italy according to the age old Solera Method Progressively aged through a battery of seven barrels (cherry, oak, ash, chestnut, mulberry, juniper, acacia) of successively smaller sizes Caramelized grape must from Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes 4% Acidity, deep, rich, layered, complex flavor. Naturally infused with dark chocolate. NO sugars, colorings, or thickeners added Our Dark Chocolate Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar is rich, thick and resounds with the complexity of three different chocolates responsible for the depth of it's flavor. Just sublime when used to Macerate Fresh Berries or with our Blood Orange EVOO. Compliments Grilled Steaks or Meats beautifully.
