No tools required for installation, simply insert the adapter in the thru axle and secure wheel to bike using a standard 5mm quick release skewer. PLEASE NOTE: This item fits 135mm spaced frames and hubs only. We have other adapters to fit 142mm spaced frames. This is NOT for converting from a bolt on wheel to quick release.
