FAQs
1) On which surfaces can I apply my Vinyl Design wall sticker? You can apply your sticker on any clean, smooth surface like walls, doors, windows, also on timber floor, tables or mirrors. Stickers are not suitable for wallpaper due to the fact that they would damage it on removal. If your walls are rendered or porous the vinyl wont adhere. If you are applying your sticker in the bathroom make sure there is no humidity or steam at the moment of application. Please note: a few new wall paint formulas are causing decal sticking problems. The most common ones are Dulux Wash & Wear Low Sheen and Taubmans Easy Coat Low Sheen.
2) If my wall is freshly painted can I apply the stickers?
We advise that you wait a couple of weeks before applying your wall sticker.
3) How long will my sticker last?
Vinyl Design decals are made of matt vinyl, a semi-permanent material that will last at least 5 years. Because it's semi permanent it won't leave any marks on removal.
4) Will Vinyl Design stickers leave any residue when removed or take off the paint?
No, our stickers won't leave any trace on the wall upon removal unless the paint is old and flaky.
