How to install:
(1) Align the base on the wall and then mark the midpoint of the holes on the wall with pencil.
(2) Drill holes in the spot(s) where you've marked, be sure that you hold the drill perpendicular to the wall so that the anchor will sit parallel to the ground
(3) Slide the plastic expansion anchor into the wall, If needed, tap the anchor with a hammer
(4) Line up the base and put the bolt washers through the screw, Insert the hook screw into the plastic anchor and start to turn clockwise
(5) Install the screws caps on the head of screws.
