Growing up in Hermosa Beach, I rode my bike everywhere, especially along the Strand, to the Redondo Beach Pier, and up to Palos Verdes. This collection of photos taken by my dad, Chris Shaw, evokes times of endless great weather and places to go on your bike. The South Bay was a wonderful place to grow up. In this book, you can see businesses and fashions change, but the beach, the weather, the vibe, and the views stay the same.
