The purpose here is to focus on eating healthy, nutritionally dense minimally processed plant-based whole food. Each day there is space to write your meals in as much detail as you can, a list of foods to mark as eaten and water drank, and additional space to write how you feel. Also included is a list of common plant-based foods and their serving size. In addition, I’ve listed several recipes to get you started.
